In the summer after I graduated from Westminster Choir College, I was invited to take an internship at the First Presbyterian Church of Naples, Florida, under the able and amiable guidance of their Organist and Choir Master, Kenneth L. Axelson.  He put up with a lot from me that year, and in gratitude for his good humor and grace and that of his wife Erma, I wrote this tune in their honor to accompany Fred Pratt Greene's text "Love, Joy, and Peace".
